Curative is seeking a seasoned Medical Director to lead our primary care team in the San Francisco Bay Area. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide leadership and direction to primary care medical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working in an FQHC or community health setting is highly preferred.
