Housekeeper Job Description

TRG Management, a leading property management company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Manor Chamblee in Chamblee, Georgia. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all amenity areas, hallways, lobby areas, and elevator to the highest standards.
  • Perform thorough cleaning in vacant apartments when residents vacate, including restocking supplies and ensuring a fresh start for new residents.
  • Conduct daily cleaning of the model apartment to showcase our property's amenities and quality.
  • Inventory and manage cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Empty trash and garbage containers, and maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the property.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure seamless cleaning operations and address any concerns or issues promptly.
