PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


Oversee and coordinate the functions of personnel, which includes training, professional development, performance assessments, recruitment decisions, and setting objectives and performance targets for the designated department.

Continuously assess departmental processes, techniques, and activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources and equipment.
Administer budgetary allocations and financial outlays.

Assist in and facilitate the formulation of yearly objectives for each district and compile district strategies to establish regional service targets.

Evaluate district performance and offer support to district managers and sales personnel as required.
Report on district/region performance and guarantee adherence to departmental policies and procedures within the region.
Supervise inventory levels across each district and suggest strategies for improved inventory management.
Conduct periodic visits to field locations and engage in regional planning sessions.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Adhere to all company and health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in an oilfield service company within the Permian Basin is preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Functional and technical knowledge/experience with mobile service rigs is essential.
Familiarity with and understanding of the well service industry in the Permian Basin is required.
