Job Summary

Proven Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing ABA programs, and providing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in both clinic and home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Develop treatment goals based on direct and indirect assessments, and revise programming based on data analysis.
  • Training and Supervision: Provide initial and ongoing training to RBTs, directly observe treatment implementation, and ensure consistency across team members.
  • Program Development: Model and train RBTs to implement new programs or treatment protocols, and prepare biannual or quarterly progress reports as required by funding sources.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise RBTs, provide regular feedback, and attend staff meetings and company-wide training days.
Requirements
  • Education: Masters and/or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred), Psychology, or Special Education.
  • Certification: Valid and current certification as a BCBA/BCBA-D, LABA.
  • Experience: At least one year experience working as a BCBA and 3 years' experience in ABA.
  • Skills: Strong supervisory skills, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to occasionally lift children, materials, or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform regular office duties.
