Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in promoting the values, dreams, and potential of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop strategies to promote positive behavior change
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families to promote independence and self-advocacy
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • RBT Certification required
  • Driver's License and dependable vehicle
  • Experience working with children and/or autism a plus, but not required
