Job Summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their automotive needs, and supporting store management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Support store management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions, handle customer returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in automotive parts and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
