Job Overview:

As an MRI Tech at Deaconess, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission. You will supervise and perform procedures in various departments, including the ER, Surgical Suite, and Nursing Units.

IV administration of contrast is required.

Performs MRI scanning and procedures at an appropriate level of competency.
Collects and researches data needed to perform MRI safely.
Performs IV injections using safe sterile technique
May be assigned to other modalities for assistance as needed, including, but not limited to, CT and Diagnostic

Required Certifications/Licenses:
Degree from an accredited Medical Imaging program
Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist in the state in which you will practice
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist prior to, or within 6 months of hire - MRI Credentials preferred
Advanced registry in MRI is required within eighteen (18) months of hire
