We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at NEBCAL Printing. In this role, you will assist clients by delivering product and service information while addressing technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Provide detailed information regarding our products and services.
- Diagnose and address product-related issues and concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records based on interactions.
- Build and enhance a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
- Prepare estimates for clients and manage complex vendor estimates.
- Inspect incoming products from vendors to ensure quality standards.
- Support various functions of the printing process and assist in bindery tasks as needed.
- Review graphic files and prepare them for vendor production.
- Issue purchase orders as required.
- Conduct research on products and vendors for resale opportunities.
- Communicate via email with customers and vendors.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong ability to establish rapport with clients and vendors.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Graphic design knowledge is advantageous, but training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn the fundamentals of printing on the job.
- Training on InDesign and Illustrator will be provided.
- Familiarity with CMYK and RGB color models is a plus.
- Experience in printing environments such as copy shops or office supply stores is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
