Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Tech to join our team at NC Properties Inc. in Philadelphia, PA.

This role offers an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the facility plant and essential mechanical, electrical, and resident care equipment in safe operating condition.
  • Ensuring the availability of portable water to essential areas in the event of loss of normal water supply.
  • Inspecting the physical plant for any signs of rodents or pests and implementing effective pest control systems.
  • Adjusting and repairing lighting systems to provide adequate and comfortable lighting levels throughout the facility.

Work Locations:

The Apartments at St. Bart's located at 5364 Jackson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19124 and The Apartments at Henry Avenue located at 3232 Henry Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19129.
