Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Southern Land Company in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our residential properties.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including painting, repairing damaged walls, replacing lights, and repairing or replacing windows, doors, and other building components. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining appliances, sinks, and bathtubs, as well as minor repairs and replacement of bathroom tile.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a similar field, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. You should also have excellent organizational and time management skills, be able to lift/move 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, and be willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Additionally, you must be reliable, present a positive professional image, and be able to keep sensitive information highly confidential.

Estimated Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, vision, dental, 401k with a strong match, and more.
