POSITION SUMMARY
Accountable for overseeing table games and ensuring an enjoyable gaming atmosphere for patrons.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitating the game and consistently monitoring the financial transactions at the table.
  • Managing gaming equipment and cards effectively.
  • Evaluating player behavior for potential cheating and unusual betting patterns.
  • Fostering positive guest interactions.
  • Disbursing winnings accurately.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of both guests and staff.
  • Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all guest services available on-site.
  • Maintaining a friendly, welcoming demeanor while being informed about special events and promotions.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in handling chips, cards, and gaming equipment.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is essential.
  • Familiarity with specific games and gaming regulations.
  • Ability to perform calculations involving money and chips.
  • Awareness of common theft methods.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Capability to fulfill job duties under time constraints in a busy environment.
