Job Title: Director Enterprise Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Enterprise Architecture to join our team at Sierra Nevada Corporation. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a clear and concise enterprise architecture vision and strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize architecture initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of architecture roadmaps and plans.
  • Ensure that architecture decisions are aligned with our business strategy and objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the IT organization on architecture-related matters.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in IT strategy and architecture.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enterprise architecture strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, DODAF, and FEAF.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of our business operations.
