Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing and analyzing contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to dealerships and consumers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and consumers to promote business growth and retention

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or accounting
