Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Seattle, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in respiratory therapy
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current licensure and certification in respiratory therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
