About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to spearhead our site's Continuous Improvement projects in Alburtis, Pennsylvania. As a key player in Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance our production process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee CI site project programs, including Kaizen activities and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Deliver project portfolios resulting from DDVSA activity, ensuring alignment with KNPS Savings targets and Site productivity improvement targets.
  • Develop and implement productivity management tools to measure and monitor productivity at process and site levels.
  • Support operations in achieving Kuehne and Nagel excellence levels on site, from Blue through Gold.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Lead Engineer and National MBB to develop the LSS YB, focusing on developing important individuals on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Supply chain, or equivalent experience.
  • Lean experience of 3+ years with certification or equivalent experience.
  • Contract logistics management experience for 1+ years.
  • 1+ years of Continuous Improvement experience.
