Position Summary:

  • Responsible for the effectiveness of inventory management and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Guide and inspire an inventory management team
  • Encourage initiatives for diversity and inclusion

  • Manage budget planning and monitor discrepancies
  • Establish loss prevention and recovery strategies
  • Develop standard operating procedures and reports to ensure inventory precision
  • Promote continuous improvement and accountability based on performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Over 7 years in distribution operations
  • Minimum of 5 years in inventory oversight
  • At least 3 years in leadership positions
  • 3+ years of experience with warehouse management systems
  • CPIM certification is advantageous
