- Support quality assurance and requirements validation through stakeholder engagement and interviews.
- Lead Agile sessions to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation within Scrum teams.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technology-focused professional setting.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst or Scrum Master within an Agile framework.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
- Certification in IC Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with requirements traceability matrices.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to assist IT development teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications such as Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
