Job Title: Outlet Supervisor

At Sanctuary Camelback Mountain, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our In Room Dining and Private Bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of In Room Dining and Private Bar, ensuring seamless execution of food and beverage services.
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in employee on-boarding, training, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, controlling costs and ensuring accurate usage.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional guest service and commitment to the Sanctuary Commitments.
  • Attend weekly F&B and staff meetings, staying informed about upcoming events and functions.
  • Ensure timely pick-up of trays, amenities, and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized pool deck and bar areas.
  • Perform regular room checks, ensuring Private Bars are stocked, inventoried, and organized to standard.
  • Coordinate seasonal hours of operation changes, communicating effectively with staff.
  • Familiarize yourself with Maricopa County Health Code and ensure compliance in the Pool Bar, In Room Dining Pantry, and related areas.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent
  • Current Food Handler's Card
  • Prior experience in restaurant operations required
  • 1-2 years F&B Supervisory experience required
  • Prior experience with Open Table preferred
  • Experience with hospitality and customer service required
