Key Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery:

  • Engage with patients regarding outstanding medical invoices related to Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
  • Facilitate negotiations for payment arrangements and settlements

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in Collections
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong empathy and patience when interacting with patients
