As a Treasury Transaction Specialist within PNC's Internal Investigations Department, you will have the flexibility to work remotely. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

In this dynamic and fast-paced position, you will handle inbound inquiries (ranging from 20 to over 60 calls daily) from internal partners, conducting thorough research and analysis of post-payment queries related to wire transfers and ACH transactions.

To excel in this role, strong organizational skills and the ability to investigate issues between calls are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the execution of various types of funds transfers, utilizing multiple processing systems under general supervision.
  • Handles a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine discrepancies, and provides secondary approval for initiated or corrected transactions.
  • Conducts high-level financial reconciliations of processed transactions and initiates investigations into any reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Monitors real-time transactions across various processing applications, adhering to established policies and procedures to manage exceptions, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory frameworks and identifies potential conflicts, reporting them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Participates in basic change management activities as needed, such as executing operational regression testing scripts.

Compensation

Base Salary: $31, $52,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual qualifications. This role is eligible for performance-based incentives.
