Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills, displaying a warm and friendly demeanor, and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing fast and flawless service, and executing all service programs to ensure exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language, and maintaining a professional tone.
  • Assist in all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation, including set-up, stocking, and service of assigned areas, and breakdown.
  • Provide a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting, promoting Harrah's and projecting a positive image.
  • Obtain orders, communicate with colleagues, and deliver orders to guests, observing service standard guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior banquet food service experience preferred.
  • Ability to balance service tray and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and speak English fluently.
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office software products and ability to work in a smoke-filled environment.
