About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality hearing healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing to identify hearing loss and recommend appropriate treatment options.
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids and other amplification devices, ensuring optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing education and support to help them achieve optimal hearing outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and advancements in hearing healthcare, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License in accordance with state requirements.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in selling hearing aids in an Audiology/dispensing practice.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
  • Ability to operate audiometric equipment and interpret results.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills to analyze patient situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate patients and third parties.
