Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining DISH Network equipment, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH Network equipment, including satellite dishes and receivers
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Ensure that customers receive the best possible service, including timely and efficient installation and maintenance of equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
