This role encompasses a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas of the facility are kept in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough cleaning of all communal spaces, restrooms, and storage areas within the facility.
• Perform window washing and dusting of furniture and fixtures to enhance the overall appearance of the building.
• Assist with maintenance tasks such as preparing apartments for new residents, yard work, snow removal, painting, and carpet cleaning as needed.

Daily Duties Include:
1. Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining floors in all areas.
2. Cleaning and maintaining outdoor walkways and driveways.
3. Regularly checking and servicing public restrooms, including trash disposal and replenishing supplies.
4. Managing cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
5. Preparing vacant apartments for new occupants by cleaning kitchens, windows, and bathrooms.
6. Conducting visual inspections of the grounds and ensuring trash bins and ashtrays are emptied as required.
7. Cleaning all common glass surfaces, including windows and entry doors.
8. Sweeping and maintaining entryways to ensure a tidy appearance.
9. Thoroughly cleaning the trash room, including mopping the floor with appropriate cleaning solutions.
10. Vacuuming carpeted hallways on a rotating schedule.
11. Maintaining cleanliness in laundry rooms and stairwells, including handrails and doors.
12. Ensuring elevators are cleaned and maintained.
13. Keeping the Manager's Office tidy by vacuuming, cleaning windows, and dusting furniture.
