Key Duties:
As a Compensation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Timely and accurately processing weekly and monthly payroll for all personnel.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Compensation Specialist role will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll capacity, ideally within the construction sector.
  • Expertise in payroll software and timesheet administration.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to resolve inquiries and engage with staff at all levels.
