Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medical Technician to join our team at Delaware Park Casino & Racing. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care and response to employees and patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency medical care and response to employees and patrons
  • Conduct fire and EMS inspections as assigned
  • Maintain liaisons with outside fire/EMS agencies
  • Operate procedures within designated departments
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Delaware and National Registry EMT Certification
  • Emergency Vehicle Operators License (EVO)
  • Valid CPR-AED Certification
  • Strong knowledge of State Ambulance and EMS regulations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs without difficulty
  • Microsoft Word and Excel computer skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with co-workers and management. They will also be able to work in station assignments with limited space, high volumes, diverse clientele, minimal and/or bright lighting, and variation of climate control.
