Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members, adhering to the standards of the MG CARES program.
  • Support and promote the community's philosophy, objectives, and programs.
  • Guide and mentor caregiving team members in resident services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect towards residents, team members, and visitors.
  • Foster a calm and warm environment that emphasizes personal interest and positivity.
  • Assist in preparing management reports as needed.
  • Participate in in-service training as required.
  • Provide medication services in accordance with state regulations and individual service plans.
  • Assess residents' needs and document care provided as per state requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver direct care to residents based on their identified needs and within company policies.
  • Be available for communication while on duty.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the relevant state.
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care.
