Our organization specializes in manufacturing a variety of wellness products, including hot tubs and swim spas, and we are committed to delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with business analysts, end-users, and various stakeholders to collect requirements, establish specifications, and architect solution designs.
- Develop, customize, and implement solutions within the Infor ERP cloud suite to fulfill business needs, focusing on modules such as financial management, supply chain, manufacturing, CRM, and HCM.
- Ensure seamless data integration and process automation by maintaining connections between Infor ERP and other systems, databases, and applications.
- Adapt and configure Infor ERP modules, workflows, and business processes to meet organizational requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization to guarantee the stability and performance of customized Infor ERP solutions.
- Manage user maintenance tasks, including provisioning and updating roles while following Segregation of Duties (SOD) guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest Infor ERP enhancements, patches, and releases, applying necessary updates to improve functionality and security.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to end-users and IT staff on Infor ERP system operations and troubleshooting methods.
- Document technical designs, development activities, configurations, and customizations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and business units, to foster continuous improvement and innovation in ERP solutions.
- Adhere to established development methodologies and IT governance policies to ensure quality and compliance in all deliverables.
- Work with Infor Global Support to ensure timely resolution of support issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and developing the Infor LN cloud suite, with a focus on ERP solutions.
- Prior experience with Infor/LN is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, scalable ERP solutions within budget.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry regulations and best practices related to ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to Infor ERP development, including SQL, EDI, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and RESTful APIs.
