Job Position: Customer Service

Location: VALDOSTA, GA 31601

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides quality and efficient data entry of orders and customer service to internal customers, external dealers, and the occasional end-user.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Functions:

  • Process dealer's orders, prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provides timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns and inquiries
  • Handles calls, emails, faxes and BIOS orders are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner
  • Reviews and proofs data entered against source documents; makes necessary corrections
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and other support efforts
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Intermediate to advanced abilities for using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and company ERP software (NetSuite) products
  • Telephone skills/ verbal communication - ability to communicate effective to a variety of audiences using phone and email
  • Fast and accurate typing/data entry or orders and service requests
  • Ability to problem solve and recommend adequate solutions to resolve customer needs
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task multiple open orders/dealer issues from initiation through closure
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent desired
  • 1-2 years, or more of customer service and/or junior account management experience
