Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. as a Cash Room Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and performing various tasks related to customer service, data entry, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports and maintaining sales records.
  • File and Fax Management: Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, and ensure that all documents are properly faxed and stored.
  • Backup Support: Serve as a backup for customer service and customer accounts receivable, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Cross-Training: Participate in cross-training programs to develop skills and knowledge in various areas of the business.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred, with a strong background in accounts receivable and collection experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook required, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
