Job Overview

This role requires a self-directed Senior Software Engineer Consultant with robust experience in UI, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Flutter development.

As a key member of Agile Scrum teams, you should be a passionate and skilled developer capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Your strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, coding, testing, and debugging capabilities are just the beginning. You should be committed to managing the product backlog and delivering production-ready code within three-to-five-week sprints. A willingness to go beyond routine tasks and a readiness to engage in various responsibilities is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the technical design of solutions based on use cases and business requirements.

2. Develop proof of concepts and conduct technical evaluations of technologies, designs, and solutions.


3. Collaborate with development leads and architects (both enterprise and domain) to ensure that the overall Enterprise Architecture incorporates all stakeholder perspectives and is thoroughly vetted to ensure that artifacts support, reflect, advance, and integrate as intended.


4. Ensure that Visa's business vision, current business landscape (both internally and externally), and technology and industry trends are included to drive outcomes that enhance Visa's business.

This position offers a hybrid work model. Hybrid employees can alternate between remote and office work.

Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days a week (as determined by leadership/site), with a general guideline of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
