Position Summary

As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects, acting as the primary liaison between the client, design team, and project personnel. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of design-build projects, managing budgets and timelines for projects valued between $60 million and $250 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to establish and manage design schedules.
  • Set project forecasts and financial plans.
  • Oversee cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assume full accountability for project delivery.
  • Guide and mentor project management teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects (over $100 million), preferably in a design-build environment.
  • Proven expertise in construction methodologies, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience leading successful project management teams.
  • Physical capability to navigate job sites, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.
  • Able to lift items weighing at least 50 lbs.
