Position Summary
CTC Group is in search of a Senior Active Geolocation Advisor, Level 3, for a temporary role. This position involves providing continuous on-site mentoring support, developing instructional materials, maintaining up-to-date records for JOIO operators, and overseeing course curricula and training resources. The role also includes advising the government on job qualification standards, supporting real-world SIGINT missions to ensure currency, and delivering platform-training courses focused on active geolocation operations. Candidates with military backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- A minimum of five (5) years of operational experience within the last seven (7) years in producing precise geolocation solutions for known actionable personal communication devices (PCDs) using Aerial Precision Geolocation (APG) with NSA or other government intelligence agencies, either as a government employee or contractor.
- Current instructor certification in one or more active geolocation technologies (e.g., 2G, 3G, CDMA, and WiFi) is mandatory.
- To qualify for this role, it is essential to possess at least one instructor certification for each contractor. It is preferred that contractors obtain multiple instructor certifications over time, ensuring that the team collectively holds all required certifications.
Desirable Certifications
- Instructor Evaluator certification in one (1) or more technologies is highly preferred:
- Remote Airborne Active Geolocation for:
- Global System Mobile (GSM) using GILGAMESH or NEBULA
- Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) using COLLEGIAL or NEBULA
- Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) using WARIO
Additional Experience
- Experience with Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS)
- Familiarity with Long Term Evolution (LTE 4G) / Next Generation Mobile
- Knowledge of CDMA 2000 Evolution - Data Only (EVDO)
