As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and assigning nursing staff, providing support to residents and families, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Assign and schedule nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and e-prescribing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40.00-$48.00 per hour, as well as a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Our facility is located in Brooklyn, NY, and we are an equal opportunity employer.
