Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Supply Chain operations, focusing on inventory management and control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a proven track record of ensuring proper inventory control measures are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and reconciliation across forward warehouses.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address SLA metrics.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and 3PL partners to resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage inbound receiving processes and ensure timely posting of receipts.
  • Lead the resolution of inventory discrepancies and develop strategic initiatives to drive down discrepancy percentages.
  • Manage warehouse discrepancy reporting and provide regular updates on trends and progress.
  • Ensure daily system reconciliations are performed and Verizon inventory systems accurately reflect on-hand and reserved inventory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address on-hand inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory movement transactions and provide customer support through daily resolution of orders in fallout status.
  • Perform on-site audits of 3PL cycle count performance and processes.
  • Facilitate SOX Audit Reporting and ensure 3PLs meet necessary requirements.
  • Track and trend inventory-related KPIs and recommend solutions for areas of concern.
Requirements
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • Experience leading teams and managing inventory control processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's degree in engineering or supply chain management.
  • Leadership experience and knowledge of supply chain best practices.
  • Supply Chain or Project Management professional certification.
  • Supplier management experience and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with SAP and Agile PLM.
