At Soliant, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of K-12 students by providing personalized therapy to support their growth and independence.
About the RoleThis occupational therapist position involves working with students to assess and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each student's unique needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluating students to assess their fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Providing hands-on therapy to help students overcome challenges and build independence
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive environment
- Tracking student progress, adjusting therapy as needed to meet goals
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with students and helping them reach their full potential
