Empowering Students: Seeking a Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is committed to providing exceptional speech therapy services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.
Estimated Salary Range:
$70,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students who require individualized speech therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating effective treatment plans and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure student progress.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to each student's unique needs
- Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to monitor student progress and adapt treatment as needed
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for working with students and helping them succeed
