Responsibilities

The Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in the success of our practice, as their interactions with clients directly influence satisfaction and repeat business. While this position does not involve clinical tasks, the CSR collaborates closely with Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and management staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival.
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and outreach to potential clients.
  • Explaining fees and processing payments.
  • Recommending and facilitating access to products and services.
  • Providing information on general pet care and wellness.
  • Managing client records and documentation.
