- Provide personalized service to customers, including greeting, fitting room assistance, and register transactions.
- Effectively communicate sales and promotions to customers.
- Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards to ensure a customer-ready sales floor.
- Ensure Company standards for cleanliness and organization are met in the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
- Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions.
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail experience preferred but not necessary.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
