The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS). Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) is preferred. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in an acute care setting and certification in specialty area preferred.
As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis. You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
