Our Focus:
Our cutting-edge radar systems are developed by our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team. We are in search of highly skilled individuals who share a passion for RADAR and Electronic Warfare Technology.
We deliver comprehensive solutions for surface, air, and undersea operations, including radar and surveillance systems, undersea combat systems, and surface combat systems and sensors.
Role Responsibilities:As the Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) for the Common Scalable Signal Processor (CSSP), you will oversee the signal processing for multiple radar initiatives within IWSS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) to outline concepts for new functionalities that align with existing Common SSP requirements and architecture.
- Coordinate with various program SEITs to ensure uniformity and commonality of requirements across programs whenever feasible.
- Serve as a technical advisor between program SEITs and the Radar Operations Systems Engineering (ROSE) team.
- Develop ROSE kickoff packages illustrating the impact and design of new features within the CSSP architecture.
- Provide technical direction to ROSE System Engineers during the integration of new features into the Systems Engineering artifacts.
- Support reviews of Systems Engineering artifacts to guarantee completeness, accuracy of feature design, and quality of the artifacts.

- Strong technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: Signal Processing, Detection Processing, Tracker
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with C++ and software development
- Proficient in MATLAB
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with radar systems (preferred) or electronic warfare system architecture and theory
- Experience with radar systems (preferred) or electronic warfare system data analysis
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes and design, including requirements development and modeling

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week, while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $128,900 - $247,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
