Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team at Auburn Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Current RN licensure in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced certification in Med Surg nursing preferred
  • One year of experience in acute care setting preferred
