About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our Strategic Sourcing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and process improvements across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, including category strategies, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Manage and execute sourcing projects from initiation to closure, including project planning, vendor management, and contract administration
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier capabilities to inform strategic sourcing decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate diverse suppliers, with a focus on increasing spend with diverse suppliers and supporting Sephora's sustainability goals
  • Advocate for and track compliance to Sephora's Indirect Spend and Delegation of Authority policies, 3rd party risk management process ownership, and build/deliver periodic training
Requirements
  • 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with strong expertise in services categories in a multi-national retail corporation
  • Experience in negotiating large enterprise agreements, including master services agreements and statements of work
  • Proven track record of cost reduction and productivity improvements, with ability to influence and drive change while building solid relationships with internal clients and external suppliers
  • Excellent project and timeline management skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled negotiator with current understanding of various contract models and on-market terms
  • Ability to successfully influence both internal and external partners and interface with senior-level stakeholders
