About the Organization:
Mount Olivet Rolling Acres is a well-established nonprofit organization dedicated to serving a diverse population, including adults, seniors, and children with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and chronic medical conditions. With over five decades of experience, we offer a wide range of services including Adult Day Services, Case Management, Community Supports, and Residential Care.

Compensation:
The hourly wage starts at $14.00, with additional weekend and overnight differentials available. A retention bonus of $1500 is offered for full-time positions, distributed over the course of one year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, medical needs, and daily living activities.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and community events.
  • Implement programs tailored to each individual's needs, following established care plans.
  • Provide person-centered services, demonstrating respect and understanding of each client.
  • Support household maintenance and ensure a clean living environment.
  • Maintain adequate supervision of clients, remaining on duty until a replacement arrives.
  • Foster effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Administer medications according to established guidelines.
  • Complete required training and adhere to company policies.
  • Document client progress and daily activities accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Genuine interest in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
  • Proficient in using technology to assist with client care.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Completion of a Medication Administration course.
