Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at All HomeCaring Minnesota Inc.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential in-home care to clients, assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, nutrition, and environmental support services as outlined in their care plan.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Providing personal care and designated health-related services
  • Maintaining confidentiality of clients, health care personnel, and documentation
  • Reporting changes in client conditions and needs to the supervising health care professional
  • Assisting with mobility, turning, positioning, and using special equipment
  • Observing and accurately recording client status and tasks, ensuring timely documentation

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and assist with transferring clients up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, bending, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling
  • Pass DHS Criminal Background check and TB Skin Test
  • Must have a drivers license
  • Must have reliable transportation & valid car insurance
