Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
  • Inspire and motivate clients during their sessions
  • Oversee quality control, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Expand StretchLab membership and maintain client retention through outreach and sales
  • Ensure exceptional client care by providing top-notch stretching experiences and managing appointment bookings
  • Uphold client safety by enforcing proper stretching techniques and studio policies
  • Lead team meetings and educational sessions
  • Address member concerns as needed
  • Support sales associates and management with studio tours and sales efforts
  • Maintain a strong online presence to engage with clients
  • Keep all equipment clean and ready for client use

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for boutique fitness and a focus on stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Prior experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Yoga/Pilates Instructor
  • Experience in a fitness or health setting providing hands-on client training
  • Required fitness certification
  • Ability to foster a welcoming and positive environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy
  • Enthusiasm for connecting with individuals and helping them achieve their aspirations
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Willingness to participate in a comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, including online tutorials and hands-on training
