The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for assisting with creating schedules, reconciliations, and journal entries related to equity, benefits, insurance, and various other financial reporting responsibilities. This includes assisting with gathering data and preparing documents required by the SEC for external financial reporting, including the 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and proxy statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including schedules, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Contribute to the gathering of data and preparation of documents required by the SEC for external financial reporting
- Support the Manager of Financial Reporting in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
