Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and advocate for patients and their families
  • Assess and coordinate patient care, incorporating patient and family education
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
  • Current Emergency Nursing patient care experience
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS Provider certification
  • PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months of hire
  • TNCC certification within a year of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Two years' experience in Emergency/Trauma
  • Certification in emergency nursing
