Role Overview

  • The Corporate Credit SVP position is responsible for supporting our firm's Corporate Hedging and Derivatives Portfolio as well as other corporate exposure.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • Ongoing portfolio maintenance through annual and ad-hoc credit reviews to ensure the optimal management of our exposures.
  • Onboarding of new client relationships, including conducting due diligence and assembling approval documentation.
  • Portfolio reporting, exercises, and senior management requests to ensure seamless integration with our business operations.

Requirements:

">
  • Production of initiation and annual reviews for single name credits with a detailed analysis of financial operating metrics and forward-looking views.
  • Assignment and maintenance of a PD rating to ensure accurate risk assessment.
  • Ability to conduct due diligence with client management teams, analyze portfolio metrics, and determine vulnerabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and views to senior credit officers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to monitor corporate counterparties and raise credit concerns to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaboration with operating officer groups to execute on reporting-related tasks and provide actionable insights.
  • Adaptability to learn new technology and reporting methods to stay ahead of industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications:

">
  • Previous corporate credit risk experience of 8-11+ years, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios.
  • Financial statement analysis and basic three-statement modeling to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A highly organized individual able to produce and maintain documentation, follow processes, and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 (depending on individual's experience level and qualifications).
