Job Overview

The Technical Analyst is tasked with extracting data from various sources, rigorously validating and restructuring it, and providing meaningful analytics. Furthermore, this role involves aligning business needs with technical and system solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
  • Partner with business analysts to gather insights on business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Accurately document project requirements through the intake process.
  • Design and implement innovative technical solutions to address business challenges, ensuring quality and performance during configuration changes.
  • Conduct data analysis on extensive datasets and derive conclusions, seeking improvements in the analytical processes' effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage daily workloads across multiple projects with competing priorities effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, or
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in roles such as technical analyst, business analyst, data scientist, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-reliance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience in the 340B or healthcare industry.
